Halo! Centre is a specialized information contact centre of Post of Srpska, first of it's kind in Republic of Srpska and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Halo! Centre started operating experimentally in February 2003, and completed technological process of providing services on May 13th through introducing a night shift. Since this date Halo! Centre operates 24 hours a day.

Halo! Centre management team consists of eight highly educated professionals. Forty eight well trained operators work every day on searching, gathering and providing information, ready to answer to your need for information in every moment.

Halo! Centre is equipped with most sophisticated technical devices, which allows it's staff to quickly and efficiently provide information through more types of communication (internet, phoning, fax, SMS…) integrated into one practical and functional system.

Halo! Centre is a strategic imperative and a logical continuation of Post of Srpska .net orientation - an integrated solution of a classical postal services and contemporary information-communication technologies.

TECHNICAL POSSIBILITIES OF THE HALO! CENTRE
 

Central componenet of the Halo! Centre is COM DAC – Computer Distribution and Administrator of Calls (which integrates functions CTI, PBX, ACD and IVR), with purpose to receive and distribute calls to disposable operators. Two primary ISDN links ensure total of 60 phone lines. Enlargment of capacities is possible by adding the new cards.

Operator's work places are equipped with special digital phone cards and audio phone interface.

Supervisor's (operator's controller) work place is equipped with 8-channel digital calls recorder for monitoring of operator's working.

Televoting by phone numbers 092/57-1434 and 092/57-1435 enables using of 255 options max.

SMS server enables sending of messages up to 160 characters to an individual client (point to point) or number of clients (point to multipoint). Capacity of sending or receiving is 600 messages per hour.
